Credits ("Jumo Credits") are a form of virtual currency used within the Jumo Chat app to access specific features, such as sending messages or unlocking content.
Jumo Credits have no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable between users.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in USD ($) and exclusive of taxes. Applicable taxes (if any) will be added at checkout in accordance with Italian tax regulations.
Payments are securely processed through Dodo Payments.
By completing the payment, you authorize Dodo Payments to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method.
Your billing relationship is directly with our company, not a third-party app store.
Show relevant in-app promotions or notifications.
Ensure compliance with EU (GDPR) and Italian data protection regulations.
3. No Refund Policy
All purchases of Jumo Credits are final and non-refundable, unless required by Italian consumer protection law (Codice del Consumo, D.Lgs. 206/2005).
If a technical issue prevents you from receiving your credits, please contact our support team for resolution.
4. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, once you purchase digital content and it is delivered (i.e., credits are added to your account), you lose the right of withdrawal.
By confirming your purchase, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately and that you waive your right of withdrawal.
5. Fraud & Abuse
We monitor purchases for fraud or abuse. If credits are used in a manner that violates our Terms of Use, your account may be suspended or credits revoked without refund.
6. Changes to Pricing or Features
We reserve the right to modify credit prices or the features associated with them.
Any changes will be notified clearly in the app prior to purchase.
